The location was unbeatable, just steps from the Colosseum! We loved the comfy pillows & well-organized room. Only downside was the shower screen not keeping water in, so we had to use towels. 😊

A lovely hotel with excellent service from the staff.
One small frustration was the lack of plug sockets on either side of the bed, which made charging devices somewhat inconvenient. Additionally, the marble bathroom floors were quite slippery, and without a shower door, water ended up all over the floor, leading us to be extra cautious. Finally, the absence of adequate parking caused us a bit of stress, as we spent a significant amount of time searching for a spot far from the hotel.

The view from our room was excellent, and we felt very
welcomed throughout our stay. The host provided us with helpful recommendations for local dining options. The only downside was that there was limited electrical access by the bedside, which was a minor inconvenience.

Loved the unique entrance through the grand wooden doors. it felt special right from the start. The location couldn’t be better – just a short walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The guesthouse is beautifully renovated, fresh and clean throughout. The host, Fabrizio, was super helpful, providing clear instructions for entry and ensuring we had everything we needed. Comfy pillows made for great nights. Only a couple of small issues, the shower was open, so water splashed everywhere, making the bathroom a bit slippery. Also, the electric sockets near the bed didn't work, but that didn’t really impact our stay. Can't wait to return!

The guesthouse's design blends modern charm with classic elegance, making it an aesthetically pleasing place to stay.
The cleaning protocol could be improved, as our luggage was left unattended in the hallway when we returned from a day out.

missingWrote a review on Jun 13modern roomattentive hostcramped elevatorlack of signagestair challenge
Not far from major attractions, the guesthouse was a delightful find with a modern, immaculate room and cold A/C. The host was exceptionally accommodating, arranging transport and providing recommendations for local dining. While there are a couple of stair sets to the elevator, and the elevator can feel a bit cramped, the quirky charm added to the experience. A small note for first-time visitors, the building lacks clear signage from the outside.

Well-designed, clean room and fast express check-in. Paid shuttle was overpriced.

The guesthouse is beautifully renovated, clean, and located just 5 minutes from major attractions such as the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The windows are soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful stay despite the busy street outside.
The only downside was the absence of clear signage from the outside of the building, which made it a bit tricky to find initially.
